General Information

For general information about the MSDNAA software program, please review the section on System Access and the Frequently Asked Questions. The links to the left lead to information on who is eligible, how to obtain access to the products, and what software titles are available.

Access Problems?

If you are having problems accessing the system, please try again later during non-peak times. Access may be slow between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Keep in mind that the downloads are very large — many over 400 MB. Keep in mind that ELMS is set up to limit the number of times you can download (or attempt to download) a product. When a user reaches his or her limit, the system will block further downloads.

If you continue to have problems, contact the MSDNAA administrator via e-mail with your Southern Miss e-mail address (MSDNAA username) and specific details describing the nature of your problem. Problem resolution may take several days in the event the user fails to provide sufficient information or if the administrator must verify information with another faculty member.

Please do not contact the School of Computing or the MSDNAA administrator by phone.
